Esurance Complaint Resolution

If you have a claims related concern or complaint you should first contact your claims representative directly. If the representative is unable to resolve your issue, please ask to be connected with a claims supervisor for further assistance.

If you have a non-claims related concern or complaint we encourage you to call Ivantage and a representative will attempt to resolve the issue /situation directly. If they are unable to resolve your issue, you should ask to be connected with a supervisor for further assistance.

If your concern has not been resolved after completing the above steps, a written complaint should be directed to the Allstate Ombudsman for resolution through Allstate’s Ombudsman Complaint Examination Process.

consumer report information

As part of the underwriting process, we obtain information about your driving record, claims history, and consumer report information from CGI, an independent third-party company. You can go under the "Support" tab on the CGI website to complete a request form to get a free copy of your consumer report. You can also contact the helpdesk at 1-888-430-9906.
